Pepperoni Bread
Pepperoni Bread is an easy dinner. Made with 1 loaf frozen bread dough, thawed, 1/3 to 1/2 c. sliced pepperoni and 1 c. grated mozzarella cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Roll out the dough into 12 x 8-inch rectangle on a surface coated with flour.
Place the pepperoni over the dough and top with grated cheese.
Roll up the bread jelly roll fashion.
Place the roll on a pan, seam side down.
Let the dough rise for 1/2 hour, then bake in 350Β° oven for 25 minutes.
Cool and slice.
Good if dipped in pizza sauce while still warm.
