Pepperoni Bread is an easy dinner. Made with 1 loaf frozen bread dough, 8 oz. shredded mozzarella cheese and 3 oz. sliced pepperoni, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Rub frozen dough with olive oil and let defrost.
When thawed roll out dough approximately 18 x 12-inches.
Sprinkle with cheese and pepperoni.
Roll tightly like a jelly roll to make an 18-inch loaf.
Pinch open ends well to close bread completely.
Let rise until double in bulk.
Bake at 350Β° approximate 40 minutes or until lightly browned.
Try other stuffings (broccoli, cheese and ham, sausage, herbs, etc.).
