Pepperoni Bread
Pepperoni Bread is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. loaf frozen bread dough, thawed, 1/2 tsp. dried oregano, crushed, 1/2 tsp. garlic powder, 2 to 3 tbsp. olive oil and 1 (3 1/2 oz.) pkg. thin sliced pepperoni, cut in quarters, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Heat oven to 350°.
Roll dough to 12 x 9-inch rectangle on lightly floured surface.
Combine oregano and garlic powder; mix with olive oil.
Brush oil mixture lightly on dough, reserving some for top of dough.
Cover with pepperoni slices, then cheese. Roll up jelly roll style.
Brush with remaining oil mixture. Pinch seams of dough tightly.
Place on lightly greased cookie sheet.
Bake at 350° for about 30 minutes.
Cool at least 15 minutes.
Cut into 1-inch thick slices.
