Peppermint Roll
Peppermint Roll is an easy dinner. Made with 1 angel food cake mix, 1 (12 oz.) tube whipped topping, 1 c. mini chocolate chips and 10 to 12 crushed peppermint candies, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Mix cake as per box.
Pour into a wax paper-lined jelly roll pan.
You will not use all the batter.
Bake, keeping close eye, so that it does not burn.
Remove cake by inverting onto a tea towel.
Remove wax paper and roll up from short end with towel inside.
Let cool.
