Pepper Steak
Pepper Steak is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 to 1 1/2 lb. sirloin steak, trim fat and cut into cubes, 1/4 c. oil, 1 c. water, 1 medium onion, sliced and 1/2 tsp. garlic salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Brown meat in hot oil in skillet.
Stir in water, onion, garlic salt and ginger.
Heat to boiling.
Reduce heat to simmer. Cover and simmer 12 to 15 minutes.
Add green pepper slices during last 5 minutes.
