Pepper Steak
Pepper Steak is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 tbsp. oil, 1 round or flank steak, sliced thinly, 3 c. water, 3 beef bouillon and 1/4 c. cornstarch, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Brown beef in oil until all moisture is absorbed.
Add 3 cups water and bouillon.
While these are cooking, mix cornstarch, water and soy sauce in small bowl and add to skillet mixture. Boil that until clear.
Add celery; cook about 10 minutes or until tender; add pepper and onion; cook for 5 to 7 minutes.
Serve over rice.
