Pepper Steak
Pepper Steak is an moderately easy dinner. Made with steak or venison, 2 to 3 tbsp. cornstarch, 1 to 2 c. onion and pepper, 1/4 c. soy sauce and 2 tbsp. oil, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.
While frozen, slice meat as thin as possible.
Put 3 tablespoons cornstarch and mix with soy sauce until a little thicker than milk.
Dump meat into mixture and cover meat.
Put 2 tablespoons oil into frying pan.
Put in meat and brown.
Take out meat and put in onions and pepper.
Cook until crunchy but soft. Put meat back.
Add water to remainder of soy mixture.
Simmer 15 to 20 minutes.
Serve over rice or noodles.
