Pepper Steak
Pepper Steak is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/4 c. oil, 1 lb. round steak, cut into thin strips, 1 medium onion, thinly sliced, 2 green peppers, sliced and 4 tbsp. cornstarch, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Preheat oil in skillet.
Add meat and brown at 325Β°.
Remove meat.
Add onion and peppers; cook until tender.
Dissolve cornstarch in water; add soy sauce, sugar, garlic, salt and pepper to taste.
Pour into skillet with vegies, stirring until sauce is thickened.
Add meat and bean sprouts.
Cook 7 minutes.
Serve over rice or fine egg noodles.
