Pepper Steak
Pepper Steak is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 to 2 lb. lean beef round steak, cut into strips or cubed, 2 tbsp. margarine, 2 tbsp. garlic powder, 1/2 tsp. pepper and 1/2 c. water, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Brown steak in margarine.
Add garlic powder, pepper, water, vegetable juice and onions.
Cover and simmer 30 minutes or until meat is tender.
Stir in pepper and gently fold in tomatoes.
Cook 10 minutes or until peppers are tender.
Serve over hot rice. Yields 6 servings.
