Pepper Steak is an impressive dinner. Made with 1 1/2 lb. round steak, 1/2 c. flour, 1 tsp. salt, 1/4 tsp. pepper and 1/3 c. salad oil, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Combine flour, salt and pepper on a plate.
Cut steak in 1/2-inch strips.
Coat thoroughly with mixture and brown in oil in a large skillet.
Add tomato sauce, water, onion, garlic and bouillon cube.
Cover and simmer for 1 1/2 hours.
Uncover; stir in Worcestershire sauce and green pepper.
Simmer 10 to 15 minutes.
Serve over cooked rice.
