Pepper Steak
Pepper Steak is an moderately easy dinner. Made with sirloin steak, cut in strips, 1 large green pepper, cut in strips, 1 large onion, cut in rings, 2 tbsp. heinz 57 sauce and 1 jar heinz homestyle-gravy, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Saute onion and pepper.
Remove from skillet and saute steak until brown.
Mix Heinz 57 sauce, gravy and tomato sauce.
Simmer on low for 15 minutes.
