Pepper Steak
Pepper Steak is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 6 beef steaks (any cut applicable), 1 bag diced bell peppers, 2 cans campbell's creamy onion soup/dip, 1 tbsp. garlic powder and 1/2 tbsp. onion powder, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Cut steaks in bite size chunks and brown in skillet.
Once all meat is browned, rinse skillet and add diced peppers and 2 cans soup.
Add 2 cans of water, rinsing soup cans.
Stir in meat.
Add cornstarch to thicken.
Cover and simmer 45 minutes.
Serve over rice or mashed potatoes.
