Pepper Steak
Pepper Steak is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. lean beef (round steak), 2 tbsp. paprika, 2 tbsp. butter, 2 cloves crushed garlic and 1 1/2 c. beef broth (1 1/2 bouillon cubes), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Pound steak to 1/4 inch thick.
Cut into 1/4 inch wide strips.
Sprinkle meat with paprika and allow to stand.
Brown meat in butter; add garlic and broth.
Cover and simmer about 30 minutes.
(Or for really tender simmer for about 1 hour. Remember to check be sure liquid does not all cook away.)
