Pepper Steak
Pepper Steak is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 lb. tenderized round steak, cut into thin strips, 1/4 c. flour, 4 tbsp. oil, 1 can onion soup (not cream of onion soup) and 1/2 can water, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Toss steak strips with flour, coating well.
Brown in oil. Drain well.
Add soup, water and catsup.
Cook over low heat for 1 hour.
Stir to prevent sticking.
Add bell pepper and cook 30 minutes more.
Serve over hot rice.
