Pepper Steak
Pepper Steak is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 lb. sirloin or round steak, cut in small strips, sprinkle of salt and pepper, 2 c. diced celery, 2 c. green peppers, cut in strips and 1 c. scallions or onions, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Cook meat in any type oil 2 to 3 minutes or until done.
Add all, except soy sauce cornstarch.
Cook couple minutes until vegetables are soft.
Reduce heat and add beef broth.
Simmer 5 minutes.
