Pepper Steak
Pepper Steak is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 to 2 lb. round steak, 1 c. whole tomatoes, crushed, 1 c. tomato paste, 1 bell pepper and 1 onion, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

In a large skillet, heat cooking oil.
Cut steak into serving size pieces.
Brown steak, bell pepper and onion (onion and bell pepper cut into large pieces, not finely chopped).
Reduce heat; add crushed tomatoes, tomato paste and seasoning to taste.
Stir well.
Cover and simmer for approximately 1 hour or until steak is tender.
