Pepper Steak
Pepper Steak is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 to 6 thinly sliced steaks, 1 tbsp. puritan oil, 1 medium onion, cut in large hunks, 2 green peppers, cut in large pieces (slivers) and 1 tbsp. soy sauce, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Saute steak until done, but not brown; set aside.
Add the Puritan oil to a separate skillet.
Saute onion and peppers in oil for about 4 minutes.
Mix the cornstarch, water, bouillon cube, soy sauce, Accent, sugar, steak and vegetables together.
Quickly stir this other mixture into or over the meat mixture and thicken. Taste to your own; may need more salt.
Serve immediately!
Serve over rice.
