Pepper Steak
Pepper Steak is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 garlic clove, 1 lb. sirloin steak, cubed, 1 beef bouillon cube, dissolved in 1 c. hot water, 2 cans stewed tomatoes and 1 1/2 c. chopped onion, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Place cubed steak in skillet.
Simmer in suet until fairly tender.
Add garlic clove for 1/2 hour; remove.
Add onion and cook until thin.
Add bouillon broth as well, then add the tomatoes and pepper.
Continue simmering until tomatoes and peppers are thin and meat is tender.
Add cornstarch to desired thickness.
Add soy sauce to taste.
Serve over cooked rice or Chinese noodles.
