Pepper Steak
Pepper Steak is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 lb. round steak, cut into strips, 1 large onion, 3 large green peppers, 1 tbsp. soy sauce and 1 can chinese mixed vegetables, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Lightly salt and pepper meat; brown in oil.
Put 1/8 teaspoon ginger over meat while browning.
Add water and bouillon cubes; bring to a boil.
Cover and simmer for 1 hour until meat is tender.
Add green peppers, cut in strips, Chinese mixed vegetables and cornstarch to thicken gravy.
Cook for 15 minutes. Serve over Chinese noodles or rice.
