Pepper Steak
Pepper Steak is an easy dinner. Made with 1 to 2 lb. round steak, 1 large onion, 1 large green pepper, 1 can beef broth and 1 pkg. lipton onion soup mix (dry), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Cut steak into small strips.
Brown in grease or oil. Add to steak the onion and green pepper, strips. Brown with steak.
Turn skillet down to 300Β° beef broth and onion soup mix.
Let simmer until is tender, approximately 30 minutes.
If desired, thicken steak and broth mixture.
Serve over rice or noodles.
