Pepper Steak
Pepper Steak is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 lb. round steak, tenderized, 2 tbsp. oil, water, 2 medium green peppers, cut in strips and 1 1/2 tbsp. cornstarch, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.
Cut steak in small strips and brown in oil, turning often. Stir in onion soup mix and 2 cups water.
Cover and simmer 30 minutes.
Stir in peppers; cover and simmer 10 minutes.
