Pepper Steak is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 to 2 lb. round steak, 1 c. catsup, 1 c. water, 1 tbsp. flour and 2 beef bouillon cubes, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Cut steak in bite size pieces and brown.
Mix together all other ingredients except onion and green peppers.
Add to meat and simmer 45 minutes.
Add onion and green peppers and simmer 30 minutes longer.
Serve over mashed potatoes or rice.
