Pepper Jelly
Pepper Jelly is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 jalapeño peppers, cleaned, 4 bell peppers, 1 c. white vinegar, 5 c. sugar and 1 bottle liquid pectin, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.
👨🍳 Instructions
Blend peppers and vinegar.
Add with sugar and boil over medium heat for 10 minutes.
Remove from heat.
Add pectin.
Boil for 1 minute.
Add food coloring; strain out pepper pieces, if desired. Can in 4 pint canning jars.
Serve over cream cheese with crackers.
