Peggy's Lemon Salad
Peggy'S Lemon Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 pkg. lemon jello, 1 c. hot water, 1 c. cold water, ice cubes and 1 (8 oz.) pkg. softened cream cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Dissolve lemon jello in hot water.
Add cold water and ice cubes.
Let set until semi-firm.
Add softened cream cheese.
Beat until well mixed and smooth.
Let set until firm.
Serve on lettuce leaves and sprig of parsley.
Can use a mold or cake pan. Cut in squares to serve.
