Peggy's Cheese Dip
Peggy'S Cheese Dip is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 lb. velveeta cheese, 1 lb. sausage/hamburger meat, 1 can cream of mushroom soup, 1 can chili, no beans (optional) and 1 c. onion, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Fry sausage or hamburger meat along with the onions.
Set aside on paper towel to drain excess grease.
Cut cheese up and mix in the rest of the ingredients.
Cook in a double boiler or use a slow cooker.
Cook until cheese melts.
Serve with crackers and/or chips.
Meat can be eliminated if you desire.
I've found that sausage just adds a little more flavor to this dip.
