Peggie's Beer Bread
Peggie'S Beer Bread is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. beer, 1/2 stick margarine, 1 cake yeast, 2 boxes hot roll mix and 4 tbsp. brown sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Heat beer to boiling point.
Add margarine to beer until melted.
Let cool to lukewarm.
Add yeast, hot roll mix, brown sugar, wheat germ, salt and eggs.
Mix well. Transfer to greased bowl and let rise, covered, in warm place for 1 1/2 hours.
Knead and shape into loaves.
Let rise 30 minutes.
Bake 30 to 40 minutes at 350Β°.
