Peek-a-Boo Coffee Cake
Peek-A-Boo Coffee Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. margarine, 1 3/4 c. sugar, 4 eggs, 1 tsp. vanilla and 1 1/2 tsp. baking powder, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.
Cream margarine and sugar until light and fluffy.
Add eggs, one at a time, and beat well after each addition.
Add vanilla, baking powder and flour.
Mix well.
Spread 2/3 batter in 10 x 15 x 1-inch jelly roll pan, which is greased and floured.
Spread entire can of fruit filling over batter.
Drop by tablespoons the remaining batter.
Some filling will show between spoonfuls.
Bake at 350Β° for 45 minutes.
