Pecan Stuffed Mushrooms
Pecan Stuffed Mushrooms is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. large fresh mushrooms, 1/4 c. butter, 1 clove garlic, minced, 1/2 c. pecans, chopped and 1/2 c. fine dry bread crumbs, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.
Clean mushrooms; remove and chop stems.
Place caps in buttered shallow baking dish.
Melt butter; saute stems in garlic and butter.
Add rest of ingredients and mix well.
Stuff cups. Bake at 350Β° for 12 to 15 minutes.
Serve warm.
Makes approximately 2 dozen.
Can be prepared 1 day ahead and refrigerated.
