Pecan Shorts
Pecan Shorts is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. butter or margarine, 1/4 c. sifted confectioners sugar, 1/2 tsp. vanilla, 1 1/2 tsp. cold water and 1 c. sifted flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.
π¨βπ³ Instructions
Cream butter well; add sugar and cream until light and fluffy. Stir in flour, water and vanilla.
Add nuts and mix well.
Form into 1/4 inch slices and bake in preheated 325Β° oven for 20 minutes.
While cookies are still warm, roll in sifted confectioners sugar.
