Pecan Rolls
Pecan Rolls is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 (1 lb.) loaves frozen bread dough, thawed, 1 c. firmly packed brown sugar, 1 regular pkg. vanilla pudding and pie filling, 1/2 c. butter or 1 stick margarine, melted and 1 c. chopped pecans, divided, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Grease a 9 x 13-inch pan. Cut one loaf into small pieces and place in pan.
Melt margarine.
In small bowl, combine sugar, pudding, butter and milk.
Mix well. Drizzle half of the sugar mixture over dough pieces. Sprinkle with half of the pecans.
Cut remaining loaf into small pieces and place over first layer. Drizzle remaining sugar mixture over dough.
Sprinkle nuts. Cover and refrigerate overnight (use foil).
Uncover in a.m. and bake at 325Β° until golden brown (approximately 45 minutes).
Invert pan immediately on serving tray.
