Pecan Roll
Pecan Roll is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. water, 1/2 c. white syrup, 1 small can pet milk, 3 tbsp. butter and 2 c. chopped pecans, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Boil the water and syrup to hard ball stage (248°).
Take from fire and add the Pet milk.
Add the butter. Cook to soft ball (238°).
Stir constantly.
Add pecans and vanilla. Beat and then roll. To roll, butter a large sheet of waxed paper.
Pour the candy on it and roll up with your hands. Grease hands with more butter.
