Pecan Roll

Combine marshmallow cream, powdered sugar and vanilla. Mix well by

Chill 2 to 3 hours.
Put caramels and water in top of double boiler.
Rolls in melted caramels and then roll in pecans.
Chill 1 hour.
Cut into slices.
