Pecan Roll
Pecan Roll is an easy dinner. Made with 2 c. sugar, 2/3 c. evaporated milk, pat of butter, 1 box pitted dates and 2 c. chopped pecans, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Cook sugar, milk and butter to soft-ball stage.
Add dates and stir until dissolved.
Add pecans.
Stir until firm.
Pour on buttered freezer paper and make into roll.
