Pecan Pralines
Pecan Pralines is an easy dinner. Made with 1 c. pecans, 1 c. white sugar, 1 c. brown sugar, 1/2 c. cream and 2 tbsp. butter or margarine, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.
Dissolve sugar in cream and bring to a boil.
Stir occasionally.
Add butter or margarine and pecans.
Cook until syrup reaches soft ball stage (238Β°).
Cool without disturbing and beat until slightly thickened, but not until it loses its gloss. Drop by tablespoons onto well-greased flat surface or on wax paper lined surface. Candy will flatten out into large cakes.
