Pecan Praline Crunch
Pecan Praline Crunch is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (16 oz.) box quaker oat squares, 2 c. broken pecans, 1/2 c. packed brown sugar, 1/2 c. white corn syrup and 1 tsp. vanilla, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Mix cereal and pecans in a 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
In a 2-cup measuring cup, mix brown sugar, corn syrup and margarine.
Microwave on High for 1 1/2 minutes.
Stir and microwave on High 1/2 to 1 1/2 minutes, until boiling.
Add vanilla, then baking soda and stir.
Mixture will foam.
Pour over cereal and mix to coat evenly.
Bake 1 hour at 250Β°, stirring every 20 minutes.
Divide between 2 lightly greased cookie sheets to cool.
When cool, break into pieces.
Store in airtight container.
