Pecan Poppy Loaf is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 pkg. betty crocker butter pecan cake mix (supermoist with pudding already in the mix), 1 small french vanilla instant pudding, 1 c. hot water, 1/2 c. vegetable oil and 4 large eggs, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Combine first 5 ingredients in large mixing bowl.
Stir in pecans and poppy seed.
Makes about 3 medium size loaves.
Spray aluminum loaf pans with Baker's Joy.
