Pecan Pie
Pecan Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 eggs, 1 tsp. vanilla (optional), 1 1/2 c. dark karo syrup, 1/2 c. sugar and 1 c. pecans, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Beat eggs slightly.
Add butter, sugar and Karo.
Beat until sugar is dissolved.
Line 8 or 9-inch pastry shell with pecans. Pour in sugar mixture.
Bake at 375Β° for 45 minutes or until done.
