Pecan Pie
Pecan Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. white sugar, 2 tbsp. flour, 1 1/4 c. light corn syrup, 3 tbsp. butter and 1/4 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Mix sugar and flour in saucepan.
Add syrup, butter and salt. Warm over low heat until butter is melted.
Beat eggs and vanilla.
Sugar mixture.
Turn into pie shell and sprinkle pecans on top.
Bake at 350Β° for 40 to 45 minutes or until filling is set in center.
Cool before serving.
