Pecan Pie
Pecan Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 eggs (5 for 3 pies), 1 c. white karo syrup, 1 c. chopped pecans, 1/2 c. sugar and 1/2 tsp. vanilla, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Beat eggs and sugar.
Add syrup; mix well.
Add all other ingredients (except pie shells).
Add a dab of butter.
Sprinkle nuts with flour.
Bake 50 minutes at 300Β° in unbaked pie shell. Double all ingredients except use 5 eggs and it will make 3 pies.
