Pecan Pie
Pecan Pie is an easy dinner. Made with 20 ritz crackers, crumbled, 1 c. sugar, minus 3 tbsp., 3 egg whites, 1/2 tsp. vanilla and 1 c. pecans, chopped, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Mix 1/2 sugar with cracker crumbs and nuts.
Mix 1/2 sugar with vanilla and egg whites.
Beat until stiff.
Combine mixtures. Place in greased 9-inch pie pan.
