Pecan Pie
Pecan Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. pecans, 3 eggs, slightly beaten, 3/4 c. sugar, 3/4 c. dark karo syrup and 2 1/2 tsp. vanilla, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Arrange pecans in bottom of pie shell.
Mix eggs, sugar, syrup, vanilla and salt.
Let stand at least 5 minutes.
Add melted butter.
Slowly pour mixture over pecans in shell.
Bake 40 to 45 minutes at 375Β°.
