Pecan Pie
Pecan Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 unbaked pie shells, 1 stick margarine, softened, 2 c. sugar (white or dark or 1 of each), 4 eggs and 1/4 c. milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Cream sugar and margarine; add eggs and milk.
Stir until well blended.
Add pecans and stir until mixed well.
Stir while pouring into pie crusts.
Bake at 350Β° until done.
Test to see if done by inserting knife blade in center of pie.
If it comes out clean, pie is done.
