Pecan Pie
Pecan Pie is an easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. sugar, 1/4 c. butter or oleo, 1 c. white corn syrup, 3 whole eggs, beaten and 1 1/2 c. chopped pecans, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Preheat oven to 350Β°.
Mix sugar, butter and corn syrup over low heat until well blended.
Beat eggs for 2 minutes.
Add mixture to eggs and pecans.
Stir well.
Pour into pie shell and bake 50 minutes (or until a knife inserted into center of filling comes out clean).
