Pecan Pie
Pecan Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 eggs, 1 c. dark corn syrup, 3/4 c. sugar, 1/4 c. butter or margarine, melted and 1 tbsp. vanilla, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

In medium bowl, beat together eggs, corn syrup, sugar, butter, vanilla and salt.
Arrange pecans on bottom of pie shell. Carefully pour egg mixture over pecans.
Bake on bottom rack of preheated 400Β° oven until knife inserted near center comes out clean, about 30 to 35 minutes.
Cool on rack.
