Pecan Pie
Pecan Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. sugar, 1/2 c. red karo, 2 whole eggs, 1 tbsp. flour and butter (size of egg), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Mix sugar, Karo, butter and flour and set over a low heat, stirring constantly, until sugar is melted.
Remove from heat and add well beaten eggs and vanilla, also pecans.
Turn into unbaked pie shell and bake in slow oven until mixture will not shake in the middle or until knife blade inserted in filling comes out clean.
