Pecan Pie
Pecan Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. pecan meats, 1 c. sugar, 1 c. dark corn syrup, 3 eggs, beaten slightly and 1 tbsp. melted butter, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Mix sugar, butter, syrup and vanilla.
Add to beaten eggs, then add pecans.
Pour into pie pan lined with good rich pastry shell (unbaked).
Bake in a 375Β° oven for 40 minutes.
