Pecan Pie
Pecan Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. sugar, 3 eggs, beaten, 1 tsp. vanilla flavoring, 3/4 c. light corn syrup and 1 3/4 c. pecans, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Blend sugar, syrup and oleo in saucepan.
Cook over medium heat until it boils.
Blend slowly into beaten eggs.
Stir in vanilla and pecans.
