Pecan Pie
Pecan Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 eggs, 1 c. corn syrup, 1/8 tsp. salt, 1 tsp. vanilla and 1/4 c. butter, melted, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Beat eggs.
Add sugar, syrup, salt, vanilla and butter or fat. Line pie pan with plain pastry or use a premade pie pastry.
Put in pecans in a layer.
Add egg mixture.
Bake in moderate oven (350Β°) for 50 to 60 minutes.
The nuts will rise to the top of the pie to form a crusted layer.
