Pecan Pie
Pecan Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 pie crust (9-inch), 1/2 c. chopped pecans, 3 tbsp. butter, 1 tbsp. vanilla and 3 eggs, well beaten, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Cream butter or margarine until soft.
Gradually add sugar, creaming until fluffy after each addition.
Add eggs in thirds, blending well.
Thoroughly blend in corn syrup and salt.
Add chopped nuts and turn into pastry shell.
Arrange pecan halves on top.
