Pecan Pie
Pecan Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/4 c. butter/margarine (butter tastes better), 1/2 c. sugar, 1 c. dark corn syrup, 1/4 tsp. salt and 3 eggs, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Cream butter to soften.
Add sugar gradually and cream until fluffy.
Add syrup and salt; beat well.
Add eggs one at a time, beating thoroughly after each.
Hand stir in peanuts.
Pour into pie shell.
Bake at 350Β° for 50 minutes or until knife comes out clean.
